Just after 11 AM this morning at The Village Rainbow, a small neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Toronto's Gay Village, CITY TV witnessed an historic event in the making. Members of Toronto's Pride Committee formally announced that our city, which beat out Stockholm, would be host to World Pride in 2014.
