Gravitron Pull Ups


Incline Push Ups


Bent Over Row (Cable)


Bench Press


Squat to Press


Back Extension


Ab Crunches


Leg Lifts for Abs

As part of my gym routine, there are a couple of exercises which specifically focus on the abs: crunches and leg lifts.
