While volunteering at TIFF 2009 I am stationed at the Sutton Place Hotel's Wellesley room, which has been converted into an Internet lounge and also houses two booths, one from Brazil and the other from Mexico. My primary responsibilities are: providing technical assistance to patrons using the iMac stations, counting patrons as they enter the Lounge, and acting as guide to help patrons navigate the Festival.
