Working It Out: Week 1

After my first full week of going to the gym, I have noticed that I am feeling more energized. As I continue to improve my routine and technique, I know that my energy levels will increase.

Since reintroducing my excursions to the YMCA, I have been getting up earlier in the morning to make certain that I have enough time to get ready. After showering and dressing, I have an orange juice and a banana to provide that initial boost before heading out. Depending on how I feel in the morning, I either walk or cycle there.
