On September 19, there was an advance screening at the Bloor Cinema for A Mind Like Mine , which chronicled a year in the lives of two young men challenged with ADD. On September 30, TVO aired that documentary, which I had intended to record that night. Unfortunately, something went wrong and it failed to be recorded. I sent an email to TVO to find out if the program would be re-broadcast. The response I got back was encouraging. The next broadcast date was on Sunday, October 4 at 10.30 pm. That time the recording worked flawlessly. Afterwards, I prepared the video for and then uploaded to the Web.
While this documentary focuses on the lives of just two people and primarily focuses on ADHD, which is only one type of ADD, hopefully you will gain some insight into what people challenged with ADD face.
So here, without further ado, is that broadcast.
