After having walked all the way from his apartment near Yonge and Eglinton, my dad, who is now 82, arrived at my workplace, Beamecho, which is steps away from Yonge and Bloor, shortly after 12 noon today. Being my birthday today, he wanted not only to wish me a Happy Birthday in person, but also drop off a gift for me.
