Why People Believe Weird Things

In my travels this morning I encountered this intriguing poster. It is sponsored by the Centre for Inquiry. Its mission is to foster a secular society based on science, reason, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values. I will definitely have to make an effort to attend this event. It should be most illuminating.
