Fine Home Dining

Last Saturday night the new love of my life and I dined on a sumptuous fish dinner. Earlier that day I cycled to St. Lawrence Market in search of something wonderful to eat that night. I had my heart set on a fish loaf. Luckily, one of the fishmongers had what I was looking for. It wasn't exactly what I had wanted, but it was a delicious variation: sea bass wrapped in a thick layer of salmon, which itself was wrapped in a thin layer of banana leaves.

After leaving the market, I ventured to the wine store and picked up a bottle of Chilean Chardonnay, Casillero del Diablo, which has become an instant favourite of mine. It was a fine addition to accent the meal that night.
